Words by Leonard Love

Thoughts to begin your day!

I think we all know that it's easy to get lost and overwhelmed in our responsibilities and daily activities in our day to day lives. Once overwhelmed most of us forget and postpone what is near and dear to our hearts. I have learned that when i wake up, i pray and then i ask myself "Leonard what is really important for you to do today"? Reminding yourself what's really important will help you keep your priorities straight. What i do each morning, reminds me that i have a choice of what is most important in my life to get done for that day and where i need to put most of my energy.

I suggest that we all take 5 minutes a day to check in with ourselves to see what is really important. It’s important to align your actions with your goals and encourage ourselves to make more conscious positive decisions daily!!!

Mr. Love
